By accessing or using the Enjoy AI Town Creator Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This service is operated by Enjoy Global, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Creator Program & Incentives
3.1 Submission Creators may submit original video content for review. 3.2 Review Process All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. 3.3 Rewards • Approved videos are eligible for a $10 USD reward per video • Rewards are granted at our sole discretion
4. Payments
Payments are processed via PayPal. Processing time: 1–5 business days after approval. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting content, you grant Enjoy Global, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, distribute, and display your content for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Upload non-original or infringing content • Use bots or automation to manipulate submissions • Engage in fraudulent activities • Violate platform rules or third-party policies (e.g., TikTok guidelines)
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove content at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enjoy AI Town Creator Portal shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits or data, or service interruptions arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enjoy Global, Inc. is incorporated.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
